the heated pools were good. the sea had beautiful coral reefs. sunbathing on the beach was nice. the staff were friendly and professional. i appreciate that. the food options are great with five à la carte restaurants. they did not limit the orders. the drinks had good wines. i liked stella lager.
the rooms were a bit outdated. they could use some refurbishment.

i found the gym very convenient , equipped with various machines for a good workout. the diving center offered great opportunities for exploring the underwater world. the reception staff were attentive and checked on my satisfaction daily. i appreciated the friendly nature of all staff throughout the facility.
the resort map could benefit from improved clarity, especially regarding the locations of specific amenities.

friendly stafflukewarm jacuzzi
the staff were friendly enough upon arrival, i suppose.
The noise started early each morning. the food was also a letdown. It tasted bland. the advertised jacuzzi was lukewarm at best. I felt misled.

the room i got was a superior room it was dated i had to change rooms early because of maintenance issues this disrupted my holiday the food was not good it was repetitive i think it catered to russian guests

The grounds are well maintained with beautiful landscaping. Reception is beautifully decorated and the hotel grounds are lovely. The adult pool was great Ahmed looked after us there and we laughed daily.
The restaurant was messy with long waits. Soda machines were all out of order. I noticed a lack of staff.
